Job Description:
Provide overall financial leadership and support to GE Fanuc and GEF Embedded Systems Global Supply Chain operations. Partner with the Manufacturing; Engineering and Sales & Marketing teams driving global financial results. Close working relationship with CEO, CFO, VP Supply Chain and FP&A. Play a leadership role in developing strategic and financial plans related to supply chain metrics (costs, deflation and capital investment) and provide monthly detailed analytics to identify improvement opportunities to achieve and exceed operation plan results. Support cross-functional leadership team, lead cross business initiatives and special projects. Provide overall leadership, vision setting, and coaching for members of the Supply Chain finance team, fostering an inclusive team environment. Qualifications BS in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline. Minimum 6 years financial experience in progressive roles. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment. SAP Finance Systems knowledge.
