Create unique linkages with global commercial marketing staff to ensure consistent application of messages and themes related to sustainability and corporate reputation. (5) Provide strategy, planning and leadership for top company executives dealing with sustainability issues in agriculture. Required Skills: Required Skills/Experience: Exceptionally strong knowledge of the marketing planning process and the ability to manage all related aspects of a marketing and advertising campaign. Experience leading and actively managing agency and market research efforts, including the internal decision making process, budgeting and accountability Demonstrated excellence in motivating and leading people and project/team budgets. Demonstrated knowledge of diverse, global audiences and how to reach them with both paid and earned media strategies. Basic understanding of global issues affecting agriculture, food and development economics, environment and the sustainability of agriculture. Minimum of Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or closely related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8+ years applicable experience. Desired skills/education/experience/attributes (ideal candidate).
