Job Description:
Manage all aspects of Property Solutions 'Business operations, including but not limited to Fiscal Budget preparation, Bulk accounts post sale management, Business reporting, Right -of-entry accounts: Annual Net Add Forecasts and Re-Estimates. This position reports directly to the Property Solutions Eastern Operation Director and requires management responsibility for Property Solutions over all assistants and coordinators for the division. This position requires frequent interaction with the Hillsborough region's Marketing, Construction, Installation, and Finance departments, as well as interaction with Pinellas, Manatee, Tri-County, and Tampa Bay Division resources supporting Property Solutions and Finance. Development and Tracking of Annual Property Solutions Markets Operating Expense Budget. Development of Annual Property Solutions Bulk Net Add Forecast, and tracking of results on a monthly basis versus Forecast. Bulk Net Add Forecast will now include Standard Video projections, but Digital Video, High Speed Data, and Digital Phone. Tracking and management of Composite Rates associated with Bulk base of clients in Hillsborough County and Division. Management of minimally eight (8) Property Solutions Assistants/Coordinators, including performance development, performance reviews, coaching, training, and strategic direction. Management of the implementation of annual price increases for Bulk accounts and commercial accounts. Management of Commercial Video request process. Develop and Manage any Purchase Orders and Capital Requests required by Eastern Operations for Property Solutions. Management of the data within the Property Solutions Access Data Base and web based Doc Harbor contract management system are up to date Team responsibility for recording all Cable Service Agreements with the Hillsborough County and Tampa City limits. Management of end to end ACPV Process in support of Property Solutions Representatives. Demonstrate ability and willingness to assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Required Experience Educational/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required. Previous management experience of 4-6 years is also required that demonstrates the ability to manage workload and manage relationships across various levels of an organization. Experience in the cable industry is preferred. Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities.
