To be considered for the role of Operations Specialist-Facility applicants must have: Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer. A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of facility or plant operations experience. Strong experience with upstream technologies such as gas treatment and liquid recovery. The willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the required qualifications the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate: An Associate's Degree or higher in a technical field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role. A minimum of 1 year of experience with Process Safety Management. If you are selected for the position, your employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening as well as pre-placement verification of the information and qualifications provided during the selection process.
