As part of Operations Team, the senior analyst performs daily production on multiple hedge fund types including single hedge funds, fund of funds, and synthetic fund of funds. The client base includes global investment management firms servicing domiciles predominantly the United States, Cayman Islands, and British Virgin Islands as well as other worldwide domicilesThe entities/structures serviced in the King of Prussia location are Domestic Limited Partnerships, Domestic Limited Corporations, Offshore Limited Partnerships, Offshore Limited Corporations, or Offshore Master Feeder arrangements utilizing both onshore and offshore entities.arrangements utilizing both onshore and offshore entities.Daily ProductionEnsure data integrity for all data sources feeding the processing platform Reconciliation of Cash and Currency Balances with Prime Broker(s)/Custodian(s) Defining Instruments within the Security Master Position and Trade Reconciliation between the Investment Manager and the Prime Broker/Custodian Calculating Net Dealer Gain or Daily Profit and Loss from Trading Activity Financing/Floating Interest on OTC Derivatives, Repurchase Agreements, and Reverse Repurchase Agreements Fixed Payments on Listed Debt and OTC Derivatives Dividend Receivables/Payables Debit/Credit Interest on Currency Cash Balances Creating and Updating Fund Specific Fee Accruals Processing Subscriptions/Redemptions into/out of the vehicle Allocating daily gains/losses to investors of the fund Generation of Daily Statements Net Asset Value of Portfolio Net Asset Value per Share CFA candidacy desired 3-5 years of Operations Analyst experience Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of all instruments processed and valued by the operations team Possesses advanced knowledge of Foreign Exchange Market Products specifically spots, swaps, and outright forwards Working knowledge of SQL Server/Visual Basic a plus.
