Job Description:

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for helping the management team meet and exceed profitability targets of the store and maintaining appropriate business controls. This individual will help structure and lead the operations staff to maximize sales and provide a high level of internal/external customer service. The Assistant Operations Manager also manages the day-to-day activity of operations areas and ensures adequate coverage and sales support. This manager will assist with managing and maintaining store facilities and systems, as well as overseeing recruitment and training of seasonal and regular staff with input from branch managers. Qualifications A minimum of one to two years of operations experience, preferably within retail and/or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience. Experience in store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sale (POS). The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism in staff members. Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. A college degree is preferred.
