Job Description:


Customer Relationship Manager will serve as the interface for the business areas into IT, focusing on and managing project activities for an individual business. On point to gather and define customer requirements; Understand the Business needs of the customer to deliver appropriate solutions on time, on budget and to specification; Coordinate communication and delivery between Provisioning/Supply and customer requirements Primary services include: Integration into Functional Business Strategy design process; Continuous discovery and capture of customer needs; Proactive advising on IT opportunities; Resource request orchestration; Management of solution delivery from IT Supply; Coordination with IT supply resources to deliver expected solution; Publishing of IT service level values Secondary services include input into: Strategy & Planning, Delivery Management, Risk Management and Concierge services (e.g. Self Service) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Align IT delivery capabilities to Business Requirements Gather and develop High Level Business Requirements to communicate with Supply Managers Gathers Performance Management Metrics (KPI's & SLA's). Talent Management updates to Demand Director Manages project schedules and communicates recommended project portfolio adjustments to the PMO, based on discussions with Supply & Infrastructure managers Monitors service request volumes & analyzes causal relationships with Supply & Infrastructure teams Inputs recommended materials for self-service framework & approach Define project objectives, scope and boundaries, general risks, scope management plan Define needed project team skills, knowledge, and allocations Effectively manage & maintain varying customer relationships QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS Preffered Minimum (5) years in delivering manufacturing system solutions to the business CPG experience a plus APICS certification is the component that ties to the business processes of which this role will be focused. E.g. He/she needs to have thorough understanding of that component of the business. Business Analysis - Requirements Gathering & Development Project Management Program Management Communications / Listening Resource Management Supply & Operations Planning - process knowledge Business Process Knowledge.
