Job Description:


The Change Manager is responsible for defining a change management approach and execution toolkit for application delivery projects. This will include change measurement approach, developing a change measurement scorecard, change and a change measurement action plan. Develop, grow and maintain the change management workplan needed to achieve the business case. Develop and update the change plan with consideration of ongoing stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment to enable a successful transition to the target state. Determine the learning and performance support strategy and learning and performance support plan Assess and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups. Define the change measurement approach for projects and develop the change measurement scorecard and change measurement action plan. Define the business readiness approach and the business readiness scorecard. Conduct business readiness assessments to determine the organization’s readiness for deployment Support project deployment activities and conduct post-deployment review to ensure that users and other stakeholders are supported in achieving the project’s objectives and are adopting the change. Coach and prepare individual leaders to lead the change and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders. Qualifications and Requirements Ten years of experience with organizational readiness and/or training planning and execution of for an enterprise application. Requires Business Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and process improvement. Five years of experience with project management Strong interpersonal interactions (e.g., negotiation, conflict management, consulting, and mentoring), team facilitation/leadership, and presentation/public speaking. Must be comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independently, and possess a strong sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments. Proactive, analytical, and process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer. 15-20% travel required, both internationally and domestic Able to effectively deal with ambiguity Self-motivated and ability to research best practices and apply towards current change management toolkit to adjust where appropriate Bachelor’s degree required, Masters is desired.
