Completes various day-to-day functions within the electronic banking department area Functions include but are not limited to Cash Management, Wire Transfer, Quality Service and Data Entry and their corresponding features as well as maintaining strict security control these products Verification of funds transfer Assist supervisor in departmental cross training when necessary Exercises discretion, strong interpersonal skills and independent judgment with respect to some of the most significant functions within the Bank Works independently with minimal supervision. Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of the bank Cash Management Specialist Wire Transfer Specialist Quality Service Specialist Return Item Processing Specialist Data Entry Specialist Qualifications: Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to make good decisions independently Prefer three to five years banking operations experience - prior wire experience helpful Must be capable of accurate data entry/transaction processing Basic mathematical and problem solving skills are required Computer literate - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Internet Superior customer service skills.
