Job Description:
This position requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a Baccalaureate degree and current California licensure as a registered nurse. The position also requires a minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care facility or two years of nursing experience in an acute care facility and one year of case management experience in a related health care organization; or a combination of education and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Knowledge of:- In-depth clinical skills and knowledge of the nursing process which focus on patient needs and care problems across the continuum of healthcare in structured and non-structured settings.- Current practice and advances in each care area, acute care, skilled nursing, home health, rehabilitation, and other available community resources.
