Job Description:
The Supervisor oversees the implementation of systems for evaluations of clinical competencies, policy and procedures and performance improvement. This position supervises all areas and staff on one shift. Acts as a liaison between administrations, medical and hospital staff. In the absences of administrative staff, the Supervisor has been delegated the accountability to make administrative decisionsQualifications 1. Current CA RN license 2. BLS 3. ACLS 4. Management of Assaultive Behavior within three months of hire and recertification every year thereafter 5. At least two years experience in medical-surgical nursing or related field 6.
