Job Description:
Responsibilities are also preparing detailed job descriptions, preparing construction contracts, soliciting and evaluating bids, requisitioning material, supervise construction activity, and preparing status reports. This person must also coordinate drafting effort, interpret construction drawings, approve invoices, settle contract disputes, manage and oversee out-sourced consultants, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Knowledge of industry codes and standards a must. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and at least 4 years experience. Registered PE preferred. Experience in specification writing, construction- contract preparation, field coordination, construction supervision, project management, and evaluating economic feasibilities preferred.
