Ensure that the DQS master schedule accurately reflects both the tentative and agreed upon milestones and delivery commitments for the department by testing program.* Identify and negotiate testing program expectations of DQS with regard to time of delivery, major milestones, and any schedule or delivery constraints* Maintain an up-to-date schedule of tentative and committed dates for the department* Participate in active project meetings to represent DQS status and schedule commitments* Monitor status of DQS deliverables against scheduled commitments.* Monitor resources needed by project to anticipate and flag peak processing cycles and resource conflicts.* Work with DQS lead data analyst and DQS manager to handle resource conflicts by renegotiating deadlines or acquiring additional contractor staff.* Update DQS Microsoft Project server project plans weekly* Update DQS SharePoint site with short term pending deliverables so that data analyst will understand upcoming commitments and workload.* Identify and implement process improvements.II.
