Job Description:
Consigliere and further secondary attorneys wanted in ground floor opportunity in the handling of the Youth International Party and it’s related affairs including it’s trademarked logo, and YIP Museum/nightclub, the historical origination of YIP and it’s offices. A three story building in Greenwich Village NYC, which is now under grossly criminal negligent mismanagement by the Board of Regents, State of New York. (Just compare it to any other museum in NY)
I am Edward N. Schwarz of Robert G. Schwarz and Son (me) Investment councilor portfolio managers; SEC licensed and accredited from Asbury Park NJ. I have purchased the rights to the logo ‘Yippie!’ from the US Patents and Trademarks Office Washington DC and have made formal announcement to the Federal Election Committee [FEC] my intention to take the ‘seat’ and grab the reins of this political party. That was Yippie then and this is Yippie NOW –
The important thing to understand, that you won’t get from Wicapedia, is that once a political party is legitimately set up such as was the Youth International Party (even putting up a presidential candidate on the ballot) there is no mechanism for removing a Party from the ‘books’, and remains in place indefinitely regardless if leadership-less. And while this party has been shelved collecting dust as it were for over 40 years, so has its ‘War Chest’ bank account been collecting compounded interest for over 40 years. Just ask any banker and he’ll tell you that even if it was a small amount back then, by now with the power of ‘exponentially’ compounded interest for that length of time this ‘War Chest” is now equal to the gross national product of some nations. OH-YEAH! IZ
Job Requirements:
Since I have trademarked the Yippie! logo and made announcement to the FEC a mere few weeks ago, I have been printing up business cards and related political flyers, designing clothing and other trademarked items and have started to build (under continuos construction) the official YIP website www.copsbeatmeup.com designed along the lines of a 21st century Godspell in keeping with the genre of that past era. Obviously I can’t do it all while developing my party’s ‘groundswell’ and I’ll need a host of NY State licensed attorneys motivated as I am to get this show on the road. You all can become as great a name in the lawyer world as a William Kunstler with Maseratis and NYC penthouses if that is what floats your boat, or you can remain just another of the many ‘ambulance chasers’ in the attorney market glut.
Our mission ‘if you should decide to accept’ will be a blitzkrieg assault on the acquirement of the museum/nightclub building as the refurbished (not even smoke detectors & fire extinguishers as it stands now) Party Headquarters and proper museum (actual exhibits, coffee shop and gift shop with my trademarked items etc.) from the resources of the Board of Regents as well as acquiring grants from the NY State Historical society. And there will be suits, if necessary, against the FEC to prevent further foot dragging when it comes to my request for the party public records (orig FEC filing number) request initiative –

And there will be further jobs as the needs arise so the party will keep on hand many of you lawyers to take on these various duties.
