Close coordination with design teams.Lead class 3 cost estimate process for the floating facility.During FEED develop construction bid packages, lead bidding activities through to award.Manage topsides fabrication yard (possible foreign location).Lead fabrication site Safety Leadership Team.Manage QA/QC effort at fabrication site.Manage offshore activities for hookup and commissioning.Perform all planning, cost tracking and reporting for areas of responsibility.Implement project management of change process for areas of responsibility.Required (Basic) Qualifications Bachelors degree required in Structural, Mechanical, Process Engineering.Experienced with construction management of offshore topsides facilities and construction yard management & leadership.
