Provides administrative and supervisory activities for multiple maintenance construction specialties. Develops detailed schedules and work plans: Facilitates agreement with multiple departments on milestone dates: Provides technical direction on projects, formulating and developing advance scheduling and planning concepts: Develops, maintains, and analyzes critical path plans and related schedules: Monitors job progress in relation to schedules: Coordinates with material expediters concerning critical items of supply: Participates in expenditure forecasts: Performs schedule analysis.
