Job Description:

The Project Managers and Superintendents in developing of a master project schedule, and must continue communication throughout the schedule to update accordingly. Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims. Should be able to train field personnel on scheduling procedures. -Must be proficient with Primavera (P3) scheduling software. -Must have experience in pre-construction proposal / bid schedules-Must be able to work with Project managers and Superintendents to developing the master project schedule.- Prepare as built schedules- Must have knowledge of the Critical Path Method-Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management and or Architecture degree or equivalent experience -Must have at least 5 years construction industry experience Local candidates with transportation, waste water, and building experience are encouraged to apply.
