We need a highly skilled and innovative Drilling Engineer with extensive experience in completions to join our team of professionals focused on monitoring and overseeing the latest drilling techniques in some of the most challenging areas of the Central United States.The Senior Well Construction Engineer will work within a senior, multi-discipline team to leverage leading edge well construction technologies and best practices in the development of challenging oil and gas field projects. Target projects for RTA involvement are typically located in resource plays such as tight gas sands and shales. The role is intended to support pilot projects and further development work by providing offset or analog well analysis and improving pre-existing well designs. Additionally, the role will perform drilling and completion engineering analysis to create new drilling prognoses for vertical, directional, horizontal and multi-lateral well profiles.
