Engineer meets with individuals at all levels in the customer, from executives to drafters, in order to understand issues and discuss solutions while evaluating areas of opportunity for expanded implementation of Autodesk solutions. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support the success of Autodesk direct sales team,resellers dealers by mentoring and training reseller personnel on technical demonstrations, new software, and marketing messaging Establish metrics for quantifying the customer\'s return on investment and justification for solution investment Develop proposals in conjunction with consulting services for implementation of Autodesk solutions Present the proposed solutions and relate them to the customer\'s business issues Identify areas of opportunity for customer process improvement Identify and propose options for improvement or resolution of customer issues and relate those solutions directly to the customer\' business goals/issues Report assessments back to customer for validation for solution development Perform in-depth assessment of customer processes Utilize Target Account Selling practices during the sales cycle
