We are seeking a Training Supervisor to join our Lemoore West, California plant. In this role you will be responsible for: teaching and coordinating skill improvement training, new employee orientation, Company policy and procedure training, and monitoring employees to assure the Plant's compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. You will also share the responsibility with the rest of the People Development staff for the integration of key principles into the Plant culture, such as Leprino Quality, Employee Safety and Health, and Employee Involvement. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience. To be successful in this position you must have: knowledge in business training and an understanding of government regulations as they relate to employment and labor laws.
