KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and be a single point of contact and program manger for future programs. Communicate with PLS and other program mangers within the training network to maintain consistency across training programs. Locally manage and deploy programs created by PLS and Hillsboro Maintain central repository for program course materials. Deliver and facilitate training for the Hillsboro Orientation program and all other training courses offered onsite. Serve as a role model for new Hillsboro employees with respect to current GMP, compliance and safety practices. Create an environment for class participants that maximizes learning experience Serve as a contact and resource for employees, designated trainers, supervisors, managers and global trainers regarding training programs. Learn and deliver specialty training on an as needed basis for broad client base. Develop or modify training materials and classes as required. Effectively partner with site wide stakeholders to understand business needs and how training and performance improvements will contribute to success Actively seek feedback from all levels within assigned department to keep communications open and timely Accurately scope out work, create efficient processes, provide accurate and timely information and analysis Collaborate with other Trainers, Instructional Designers and Training Specialists in HRL&D and across Product Operations as appropriate to ensure training resources and best practices are being consistently leveraged and results reported Participate in project teams and committees as appropriate, representing HFF TrainingREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in scientific discipline, teaching credential or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in a training role Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety requirements within a biochemical-manufacturing environment. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills in all classroom settings. Ability to deliver high quality impact training and transfer of knowledge to small and large groups as measured by sustained excellent trainee performance. Strong customer focus and ability to interact with a variety of stake holders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Is able to write and present clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles.
