Tesponsibility to ensure desired business results are being achieved. Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations. Develops various measurement systems and conducts analyses to ensure Training & Development programs have appropriate business impact when compared to desired results.. Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained. Demonstrates excellent facilitator skills in resolving conflicts between different points of view. Demonstrates leadership skills in determining a vision, aligns and inspires the team to achieve the vision. Coordinates with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe, friendly, comfortable environment, by well-trained, motivated employees. Develop and Execute Training & Development business plan and budget participating in the financial operating and capital planning processes. Establishes and Acts as a role model and coach while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Experience: Directs the Training & Development program for multiple properties. Oversee the Incumbent Worker Program Grant, which provides free training for employees. Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Serves as a dynamic, positive leader, while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication. Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of the company in accordance with the Code of Commitment. Bachelor Degree required. 5 Years of HR Management experience required. Traveling is required. Operation management experiences a plus. Demonstrated leadership, Facilitation, analytical, communications, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills required. Must have the ability to handle complex and emotional issues.
