Responsibilities: Coordinate, deliver, or otherwise identify training opportunities that meet the needs of the business. Deliver technical/job skills new hire and continuing education training Facilitate training which incorporates traditional instructor-led, co-facilitation, virtual classes. Create tools or training solutions to address and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency, and skills. Use positive reinforcements and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement Identify training opportunities through working knowledge of the job Act as a consultant on projects of new system implementations and work closely with vendors Participate and conduct Trainer The Trainer sessions Follow up on the investment in individuals reinforce to ensure skill development and maximize return-on-investment (ROI) in individuals Closely partner with Business Operations Training and Development Team members as needed, to develop potential and current frontline Supervisors/ Managers through one-on-one feedback sessions Create and maintain strategic partnerships with Instructional Designers as well as Enterprise Training team members, as needed Essential Competencies Feedback Skills Identifying and providing specific, impactful, behavior-based feedback to drive increased performance Facilitation Skills Ability to master group dynamics (both large and small) while delivering a learning experience that is immediately applicable in the workplace Project Management Skills Maintain project plans and successfully monitor progress Communications Skills Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication Customer Focus Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships Change Management Skills Encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to address problems and opportunities; facilitating the implementation of change within the workplace Leading by Example Consistently reflects passion for strategic and cultural change, maximizing effectiveness and achieving business goals Analytical Skills Obtaining, synthesizing, and reporting data Experience and Qualifications 3 - 4 or more years of technical training Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Business Operations (Supply Chain) experience preferred Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
