Essential Job Functions : Identify campus master planning opportunities throughout the US - Higher Education and Private K-12 Lead efforts to market and win academic campus master planning projects Collaborate with C/E Studio principals in marketing architectural projects on academic campuses Lead campus master planning and academic programming project work Demonstrate innovative collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to planning Participate in conferences and presentations showcasing the work of the firm Be a member/leader in planning organizations that focus on academic campus planning Perform necessary research to sstay current with trends Mentor architectural and planning staff Performs other related duties as needed Position Requirements : A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning or Architecture Professional license/certification In practice for at least 10 years LEED Accredited professional strongly preferred Strong leadership, and team building skills.
