Job Description:
This role requires strong negotiating skills with a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI for all online marketing initiatives. Continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for distribution growth; interface with internal marketing, product and technical groups to develop, implement and support marketing strategies and programs. Steward and coordinate campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance, including negotiations of the media buy, contract review and approval, creative development, trafficking, reporting, and analysis and optimization. Responsibilities:* Source, evaluate and execute new media opportunities and sustainable, scalable partnerships.* Maintain relationships with online media publishers and partners.* Negotiate and review advertising agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc).* Work with sales on the creative development and execution to support the online media effort (including copywriting and providing art direction and technical specifications) and, ensure creative Trafficking requests are fulfilled.* Design test strategies and creative to optimize campaign performance results.* Monitor tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis.* Generate campaign performance reports, provide performance analysis and execute on the analysis to ensure positive ROI.* Optimize buys, renegotiate rates, cancel or renew as necessary, as well as refresh and optimize creative units and media placements.
