Job Description:
The Loan Specialist / Loan Closer assists the team by performing routine, clerical and non-clerical tasks essential to efficient workflow and the mortgage loan process.

Job Requirements:
Duties may include ensuring loan files are properly assembled, packaged and shipped within preset timeframes. The Loan Specialist / Loan Closer also performs general office support duties to include answering phones, operating office equipment, preparing outgoing mail and filing. The LSI are processors carrying a pipeline of routine finance types or loan programs.

Applicants must be computer literate, have general office skills, and be able to handle multiple phone lines. Pay rate $15.00 an hour.

The Loan Specialist / Loan Closer may be responsible for:

Recommitting the loan upon file receipt
Reviewing the loan file for completeness
Ensuring that minimum documentation efficiencies are utilized
Preparation of the initial disclosure package
Ordering Third Party services
