Job Description:
This candidate will prepare be in charge of all HVAC and MEP responsibilities associated with this project, bids, estimates, and proposals, oversee core and shell construction projects, and manage team members and sub-contractors. In addition to completing project oversight, this candidate will be responsible for contract administration, procurement, project document control, reporting, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is highly desirable. In addition, this person will have a minimum of 10-15 years experience in public works projects.
