Manage the project plan and development, including all phases, activities, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; Work with project team members to gather estimates for activities and tasks and update project plan *Interface with clients and management and establish and maintain strong customer and/or internal relationships *Document requirements, technical specifications, and test outlines/plans *Effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications for development resources *Manage multiple projects simultaneously Rate of pay determined by experience. Required Skills: Education: *Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline Experience: *Minimum of 3-4 years project management experience; Managing successful implementations/projects *Proven experience analyzing and defining business processes, and applying technical solutions *Experience working with high-profile, large clients managing system implementations *Experience in Web-based development environment *Experience in documenting proposals, requirements, specifications, test plans Specific Skills: *Solid organizational/management skills, Exceptional communication and client skills *Ability to work under deadlines and maintain attention to details. *Excellent organizational skills, including technical writing skills. *Experience working with various business models, project leadership, systems design and maintenance, research, analysis and problem solving, detailed planning, and organization Competencies: *Organization Acumen.
