Application Support group, the Application Support Manager will provide management and guidance to the team, ensuring that quality and IT standards and polices are followed. Primary applications are Sabre Flight Operations, Ramco MRO & Aerosoft PMI Provide common and advanced system administration functions for local and remote systems including user administration, automation, patch management, backup and restore, capacity/log monitoring, clustering, replication and migration Installation and maintenance of server class software/hardware Oversee and manage customer support issues
