Oversee the Scitation services operations team consisting of an operations supervisor, content management specialists and online services specialists. Serve as liaison with Scitation clients and AIP business managers regarding online services operations. Oversee product management activities for Scitation partners. Advise on and recommend new processes, policies and technologies to improve quality and efficiency of Scitation operations. Work closely with development team and director of Scitation in maintaining and advancing the vision for the Scitation platform. Requirements: A BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in management of online services and staff is preferred.
