Job Description:
Project Leadership, Internal Technology Consulting, and Supervising Desktop and Application Support staff, in a small team environment. This role blends hands-on technical duties with leadership and management duties. The technical environment is predominately MS Windows-based with VoIP telephony. Network environment is both LAN and WAN based. This person will also participate in managing Technology Vendor relationships for IT consulting, IT Services, and IT product implementations. This position requires someone with a proven leadership background that focuses on top notch Customer Service to the users they have supported. Candidates must be open to on-call and off-shift work when necessary.
