Job Description:

Vancouver is seeking a candidate who is results oriented, committed to getting things done, and able to contribute to achieving the City\'s vision while maintaining and building the credibility of the Department and City as a whole. He/she must build on the success of the City and assist the department in keeping things moving forward in a positive direction. Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience specializing in planning or economics in a public sector, or 10 years of progressively responsible experience in land use, real estate, or economics, including two years of project management experience in the private sector. Equivalent to a Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in planning, economics, finance, business admin or related field.
