Job Description:
Record very hot, hot and medium prospects in Pivotal. Schedule visits between the Business Development Consultant and hot prospects. Schedule and participate in home office client visits. Manage the Pivotal lead process, including entering prospect data from incoming/outbound calls and other sources, scheduling follow-up calls to prospects. Assist prospects with completing all licensing paperwork, entering U4 online and scheduling 7/66 exams. Call new affiliates regarding incomplete licensing paperwork. Participate in weekly department recruiting meetings. Participate in ongoing 1st Global and Business Development training. Maintain attendee attendance log for various company-sponsored conferences. Coordinate conference bookings, including sourcing, reservations, and payment. In advance of a conference at which a company representative is presenting, mail exhibit display and promotional materials so that they will be available to the company representative on the day of the conference.
