Design and implement new technical programs in English and Spanish in connection with the LAC\'s education strategy by working with LAC sales teams and Certified Citrix Instructors to create and deliver training opportunities to Citrix clients, Channel Partners and Citrix employees. Manage direct training programs which include various deadlines, resources, expectations and evaluations. Communicate, establish project plans and project management practices in English and Spanish to ensure successful implementation of education deliverables. Qualifications and Requirements The position requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field and two years of experience.
