Job Description:
Experience in engineering, program management, business development, strategic planning, marketing and sales of electronic warfare technologies, systems, products and services is desirable. A thorough knowledge of the Navy acquisition processes and organizations is required. Working knowledge of US Government procurement processes as well as USN and USMC acquisition organizations and agencies. Develop strategy and solutions to complex marketing and business development problems and situations utilizing ingenuity, innovation and creativity. Proven track record in achieving objectives in a business development environment is preferred. Ability to orchestrate a multi-discipline team consisting of personnel from different areas (Programs, Engineering, BD, consultants) to capture key new programs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under frequently changing priorities.
