Responsible for taking new growth concepts and turning them into strategies, business plans and revenue generating businesses. Develop concepts and work closely with the Converse Executive and International teams, as well as Licensees to build on growth ideas and build on existing businesses or emerging concepts. Responsible for the overall growth strategy for International, prioritizing opportunities along dimensions of growth potential and ease of activation. Responsible for developing business plans for these growth vehicles in close partnership with relevant internal line management and, where appropriate, with Licensee partners. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Masters degree or the foreign equivalent in Marketing, Bus. Admin. w/emph in Industrial Admin. or Marketing, or related field. Three years experience in the job offered. Three years experience to include 2 yrs. of mono-brand footwear and apparel retail start-up and licensing model experience with international markets; and managing an operation team of 5 or more professionals in brand and marketing.
