Flight support services are a suite of web-enabled capabilities, combined with data link services, designed specifically for business aviation. Components of the service include flight planning, flight following, weather briefs, aircraft messaging, and the support of a 24x7 flight coordinator staff from our state-of-the-art flight operations center. Other responsibilities include:Surveying for prospective new business opportunitiesConducting approximately 20-40 calls/dayParticipate in weekly sales team meetingsProvide in-depth product demonstration to leads via teleconference and web conferenceMaintain prospect and client information in CRM systemMaintain sales funnel data on a daily basisManaging customer relationshipsContinuous learning of the ARINC Direct product portfolio, services and industry trends You will work closely with our customers over the phone to negotiate and close sales as well as work closely with our ARINC Sales Managers and Flight Coordinators to develop and manage these opportunities. This is a great position for you to travel to trade shows and support OEMs to prospect accounts. Specific sales goals will be provided to measure your success.
