Job Description:
Develops, proposes, and implements a marketing communications plan for an assigned product group or business unit, oversees the advertising, public relations, and sales collateral needs for the business unit across all modes of communication. Creates and produces advertisements, brochures, and other literature as required. Oversees the development of new creative strategies for various products and services, advertising, or marketing campaigns, and accomplishes certain aspects of those campaigns as required. Responsible for the editing and proofing of all distributed communication. Provides campaign results for review. Develops a marketing communications plan to introduce new products and services. Oversees the marketing budget for a particular product group or business unit. Writes advertising copy, newsletter articles, press releases, and other documents as required. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably in the mass communications or marketing studies) with 3-5 years of related experience is required. Will work on many different types of projects, blazing new trails in what can be done with marketing communications, greatly expanding your work experience. Ability to create effective marketing and advertising strategies is required. Strong, effective writing skills are required. Ability to demonstrate creative communication skills through marketing and advertising mediums.
