Have direct communication with all broadcast and cable affiliates through phone calls and email to service all promotion needs. Work closely with television station promotion executives, creative services departments and production companies to create and supply off-network promotional materials. Responsible for Teletrax encoding and tracking of all on-air materials. Updating PromoPassport for all off-network Active and Library Products.Maintain budgets and manage billing for dozens of library shows.Primary Responsibilities:* Continuous monitoring of phone calls from show producers, television station personnel and company executives.* Manage and complete station requests on a daily basis * Oversee production of on-air promotion materials with various production companies * Oversee encoding and tracking of show promos * Oversee and update promotion content on CBS Television Distribution Creative Services website .* Oversee and collaborate with Senior Vice President and others on video and radio projects as needed Job Requirements:
