Job Description:
We're looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to our clients and sales reps, understanding the sense of urgency inherent in working with a sales organization.Specifically, you'll work with the sales force to verify available advertising inventory and coordinate and quote advertising contracts.You'll review and enter contract information into a database, obtain creative materials from advertisers, and coordinate the scheduling and launching of advertising campaigns.Once a campaign has started, you'll monitor delivery status, maintain and revise the order, and compile post-campaign evaluations.We're looking for organized, detail-oriented team players with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.A strong customer-service orientation and familiarity with the Internet and Windows applications are necessary.1-2 years experience in advertising/sales, a technical aptitude (including knowledge of HTML) and familiarity with database applications preferred.
