Job Description:
These clients represent advertisers from all segments of the economy and are among the most visible and famous brands in the world. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing campaigns (projects) from conception through final launch. Being able to manage multiple, multi-faceted projects under tight timeframes while providing exceptional service levels to internal and external clients is critical for the success of this role. Experience working within client-facing positions (in a sales or account management capacity), building long-term client relationships. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Ability to quickly understand company's operations processes and procedures and effectively communicate project requirements and timelines. The ability to analyze and review campaign performance metrics with our clients and recommend opportunities for improvement. A demonstrated ability to work competently under pressure, in a rapidly changing environment, and be able to manage complex projects with technical, creative and production teams. A solid comfort level attending and leading client kick off meetings. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional prioritization abilities and experience handling high email volume. An in-depth understanding of the online advertising industry. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through. 1-2 years of experience working with publishers, interactive creative agencies and media buying agencies. Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, browsers, Flash, Rich Media. A Bachelor's degree in advertising, media/marketing, customer service or a related field is required. Salary is commensurate with experience. In addition to a solid base salary, Account Managers are eligible for performance-based individual, team and company bonuses.
