Job Description:

Director of Food and Beverage promotes the sale of Center of the Plate items to our customers and potential customers and trains sales persons to identify and sell beef, pork, chicken and seafood items. Responsibilities: Train Territory Managers to sell center of the plate items. Ride with Territory Managers on a regular basis to help identify and sell center of the plate items. Build Annual Business Plan to grow COP. Demonstrate to salespeople and customers the proper method of cutting and preparation of product. Conduct training at sales meeting via round robin session. Prepare and man fresh center of the plate booth at foodshow. Work with National Accounts to promote center of the plate items. Setting up new items or changing old items as needed. Motivate sales people via voicemail, hot sheets, buyer guides and promotions. Track TMs process on growing COP Qualifications Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college level preferred. Min. 5 years experience with a Meat/ Poultry/ Pork background Proficiency with Laptop; and transmitting various reports.
