Job Description:

WOCC Far Coast Food and Beverage Manager Provide input to business plans of a business unit or department. Education: High school diploma; GED equivalent Related Work Experience: At least 3 years Core Competencies: Drives Innovative Business Improvements: Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk-taking. Technical Skills: Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer. Sales Management: Knowledge of basic sales management concepts (e.g., sell-in process, trade promotion and pricing, category management, feature/benefit selling, distribution/channels). Financial Analysis: Knowledge of and the ability to use basic financial analysis (e.g., Return on Investment, Value Chain Analysis) related to marketing effectiveness, resource allocations and new business opportunities. Consumer Knowledge: Knowledge of in-store consumer purchasing behavior in order to develop effective in-store merchandising programs. Merchandising Standards: Knowledge of effective Company merchandising standards, principles and practices. Retail Merchandising: Knowledge of how to build and implement an effective in-store merchandising program in order to drive increases in consumer purchase.
