Responsibilities: The Customer Data Project Manager will ensure successful implementation of Customer Data Integration software () in both customer-facing and back-office uses. These uses will support retention and expansion activities targeted at our existing customers, as well as various customer service and analytics uses. The role requires working closely with teammates within Consumer Insights, Source Systems, Information Technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of CDI solutions. * Guide projects from conception through implementation by leveraging interpersonal skills and organizational resources. * Effectively prioritize among multiple tasks to ensure delivery of highest value initiatives. * Execute deliverables per project plan throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with IT and Project Management Office resources. *Thoroughly document use cases and process flows using applicable standards for current and future states. * Effectively communicate with internal and external team members, managers and executives. * Coordinate analysis of CDI software and matching algorithms using business, mathematical, and statistical knowledge. * Collect and translate business requirements into actionable project documents for use by technical resources. * Interface with source systems and stakeholders to ensure integration and development of enterprise customer data in their business uses. * Properly leverage project management skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of CDI deliverables.
