Job Description:
Their responsibilities will include planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium sized projects with high degrees of technical complexity. They will be involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently, and will establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. The Sr. Federal Project Manager also conducts schematic design development and contract document work sessions at the project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, Project Architects and other disciplines, and are also responsible for coordinating workload with the project team through the entire project's development to complete documents on schedule, and will work with the Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews.
