Job Description:
Must possess an understanding of software quality management principles and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of developing and implementing software quality programs, to include tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution, and training. Must know how to select, define, and apply software measurement, metrics, and analytical techniques. Must possess an understanding of the configuration management process to include planning, configuration identification, configuration control, change management, status accounting, and reporting. Understanding of Quality Management System software standards and best practices such as: CMMI, Six Sigma, Kaizen, IEEE, ANSI, ISO. Advanced management skills including effective time management, communications, project management, problem resolution, decision making, presentation, human relations, organization, and delegation. Position requires the ability to hear and communicate clearly, orally and in writing. Uses vision to view screens, create and review documents; requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Capable of using a keyboard effectively. Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk and may occasionally lift and move 25 pounds. May require the ability to drive a vehicle. Occasional travel to meetings or outside training may be required. This position is exempt. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Salary must be provided to be considered. Employee must perform all of the essential functions/responsibilities for classification in this position.
