Provide top-level guidance and advice on Regence's overall technology and architectural plan and the most complex technical projects and strategic planning, including the architecture, acquisition, design, development, modification and integration of complex, integral and comprehensive information technologies Offer technical leadership for the planning and direction of major technology initiatives with enterprise wide impact Be accountable for the architecture of technology systems and services for all company business functions Work closely with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize technology to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information technology and enable the workforce to use technology Serve as a leader of a team of enterprise architects who are one of our strongest liaisons for the business Lead the architecture planning and governance teams who are responsible for defining and maintaining the current Regence technology state, the future state and technology roadmap Combine your degree and professional experience with the following skill sets and abilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus; Graduate degree in business management, computer science or health management mandatory Minimum of 10 years experience in information technology with a broad range of experience including strategic business planning, enterprise architecture including applications, data, SOA, infrastructure and security 7 years experience on a planning/architecture development and support staff 5 years experience in technology management for large corporations or institutions with at least 3 years experience at the senior management level Experience in the health care industry is highly desirable Strong analytical and conceptual skills Broad knowledge of information technology, with extensive knowledge of several related systems applications and/or technologies Extensive experience in high-level systems planning, design.
