Job Description:
Report to management about significant audit observations, recommendations and corrective action. Responsibilities: * Plan, manage and conduct, as needed, very complex reviews of the Information System operations throughout Citrix and report findings and recommendations to appropriate members of management. * Manage the IT phase of Sarbanes-Oxley. Duties include the planning, appraising and testing of the internal controls regarding information processing (e.g. application and General Controls). * Maintain and develop a professional audit staff with sufficient knowledge, skills and experience to ensure the mission of the department is carried out. * Participates consultatively in the implementation or upgrades of ERP systems. * Provide assistance to the financial audit team to perform timely integrated audits. * Coordinates internal audit IT activities with external auditors to ensure audit scope efficiencies are achieved and increased reliance on internal audit work product. * Assist management in the enhancement of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Ensure IT policies and procedures are accurate and complete. Qualifications and Requirements * Strong understanding of SOX requirements (e.g. AS5, COBIT framework) * Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast paced, results based team environment. * Must possess strong oral and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management. * Knowledge of the following: SAP; System Development Life Cycle, change management, access security, security policies and procedures, disaster recovery and business continuity. * Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment. * Working knowledge of ACL and other Computer Audit Assistance Tools. *
