Job Description:
Organize tool development and test document reviews. Evaluate test results and make decision related to test completion criteria. Manage training sessions for the test group by interfacing with System Test Management and Human Resources department. Manage equipment purchases for the test group by interfacing with system test management, other test groups and site management. Generate and manage all departmental budgets. Manage test equipment resources for the test group by interfacing with other departments. Manage time reporting and vacations for the test group by interfacing with Human Resources department. Manage career development for the test group by interfacing with system test management and Human Resources department. Manage performance appraisals for test group by interfacing with system test management. Manage compensation process for the test group by interfacing with system test management. Manage human resource allocations for the test group by interfacing with system test management and Human Resources department. Ensure that test group follows all test processes defined by QA department. Proactively identify test tools improvements to test system management. Provide test projects and tool development status to system test management. Develop and lead the test team spirit and communication within test groups and other departments. Ideal Qualifications: BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred. Significant experience in a leadership role. 7 or more years in test activities, including the development of test plans and procedures for requirement-based testing activities. 2+ years of development experience. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
