Job Description:

This could be done through individual effort or by facilitating the support of other Atlas teams. • Identify opportunities for operational improvements which will yield either an increase in client satisfaction with Atlas support and Atlas products or an increase in internal efficiencies or effectiveness. • Facilitate the implementation of large-scale, high profile Atlas clients and/or campaigns including campaign set-up, traffic coordination, advanced feature implementation and other client-specific projects. • Develop and maintain positive internal working relationships throughout the organization including Product Support Engineering, Operations Management, Program Management, IT, Software Development, Sales; collaborate with these groups regarding client-effecting issues as well as to provide feedback regarding product and process improvements. • Provide technical and professional guidance and mentorship to junior personnel. • Proactively ensure that client daily experience with Atlas is positive and anticipate and respond to their needs accordingly. • Actively track and manage client interactions by logging all client contacts in CRM system. • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Atlas product offerings, current support policies and procedures and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to clients. • Partner with Sales team regarding potential new business / up-sell / cross-sell opportunities. • Work closely with Sales and other internal client stakeholders to determine appropriate client communication regarding sensitive or high-priority items. • Contribute to and participate in client Account Plans and Account Reviews. • Conduct regular status meetings with client, including on-site visits where appropriate.
